Wekapo products are delivered to your door within 4 days. Orders placed during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale and during Chinese New Year may experience longer wait times, however we aim to deliver your items within 1 weeks.

Our shipping partner DHL, FedEx and USPS is committed to providing top-quality service for your package. We’ll email you the tracking information when it ships.
Q. How much is shipping?
Wekapo offers free shipping within United States on every single item purchased on the website. For orders shipping to other countries, $20.
Q. Do you shipped to Armed Forces/APO/FPO/DPOaddress/P.O.boxes？
At the moment we can only ship to residential or business addresses.
Q. How do I return my package?
We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 30 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your dispatch email.
